The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and the city centre, ideal for a solo traveller. the clean rooms and comfortable beds are perfect for a good night's rest, and the breakfast options are decent. There are also some good nearby restaurants and a grocery store for convenience.
The reception can be slightly unpleasant and at times scam tourists, making the stay less comfortable.

Our recent city break was a great experience! the staff was super friendly and always available to help. We loved that we could pay in US dollars and that the exchange rate was very good. Plus, we found plenty of small restaurants nearby that were perfect for a quick bite to eat. the complimentary water in the lobby was also a nice touch.
the bed was not very comfortable and the curtains didn't quite block out all of the light.

New hotel... It's clean, it's neat.
Very good hearing from upstairs neighbors... It's a little far from the subway (25 minutes walk).

During my Xmas vacation, I enjoyed staying at a hotel located in a key area with easy access to cafes and grocery stores. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly, catering to my needs and ensuring my check-in process was speedy. I also appreciated the complimentary water with refill option in the lobby, saving me from spending unnecessary money on buying drinks elsewhere.
I wasn't impressed by the outdated facilities of the hotel, including the old and uncomfortable bed, the thin walls that didn't prevent noise from outside, and the ineffective heating system that only offered hot or cold temperatures. there were no normally darkened curtains, leaving me to deal with any light coming in and preventing me from getting a good night's rest.

I always stay at this hotel in Tashkent. The staff gave me useful local tips on my first visit. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, car park, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, security, airport shuttle. Perfect for my city trips. No regrets!
